For Fox Sports sideline reporter and perfect punch developer, Jay Glazer, covering the NFL’s biggest game in some of the worst weather conditions in the game’s history is no big deal. Glazer isn’t letting the cold get in the way of his fun. He told D&C of Boston’s Dennis and Callahan Morning Show that he was gonna make snow angles on this 25 degree Dallas day.
Glazer has a lot of reasons to have some fun today because being an NFL insider has got to be one of the coolest jobs on earth. But, although covering sports is his job, Glazer admitted that Mixed Martial Arts was his passion. Now, he’s managed to combine his job with his passion to build relationships with some of today’s top athletes and actually change the way they play the game.
Confused? Don’t Be. Jay Glazer has been training pro athletes for years and it his MMA training methods that have made huge differences in how many star athletes approach their own sports. Several NFL players train with Jay in the off season to not only change their mental approach but to increase their strength, power and technique.
One of his current success stories is Green Bay Packers superstar Clay Matthews. Yep, Matthews credits his off season success to his new MMA training especially when it comes to his hands. Glazer told D&C that he’s made Matthew’s hands violent, and if you watch the video at MMA Athletics, you’ll know exactly what I’m taking about. Football is not just a game of strength because every player is really strong. But the ability to transform strength into super strength and combining it with precise technique, along with a “kill or be killed” attitude can make a huge difference in a player’s on field success.
Minnesota Viking, Jared Allen, lost 25lbs, opened up his hips, got his hands right and went from a 7 sack year to a 15 sack season on the way to a new contract which made him the highest paid Defensive Lineman in the history of the NFL up to that point. Well, success breeds more success and NFL players are lining up to have Glazer help hone their skills. MMA Athletics currently has a stable of 52 NFL players but Glazer’s greatest thrill is being able to bring his MMA Training Routine to the general public through his Perfect Punch and his Total Body Workout DVD. He wants to change the way people train in this country and with the successes of his top level professional athletes he has reason to celebrate.
Jay Glazer guarantees that both men and women can benefit from the Perfect Punch MMA training system, and that it is easy enough for everyone to learn.
